2. Spelling Bee

Groups of 4 compete. Opposing team captain gives English word and team member 1 of team writes answer on board. +2 for correct answer. If he or she misses the question (they have to try first), another team member can correctly spell the word for +1 point. 

Alternate.

Move on to team member #2. Repeat for all team members. Team with  most points after all 4 team members have gone wins and each team member gets +2 e.c. pts.

3. During spelling bee, all class members will fill in the worksheet from pages 184, 185. Due Monday/Tuesday.

Spend a total of 35 minutes doing spelling bee and filling in worksheets.

4. Traduisez les phrases. Each student is to translate the following sentences and hand in at the end of the period:

1. Ton frère, comment s'appelle-t-il?
2. Jacques. Tu penses qu'il est chouette, mais il est toujours pénible!
